Available

1. Required account

For production use, merchants need their own DHL business customer contract. This contract is directly between the merchant and DHL.

2. Access to the app

Multi-Carrier Versand is currently free. There is no base fee, usage fee, or fee per shipping label.

3. Shipping charges

Prices for parcels and additional services are defined by the merchant's individual DHL contract. The app does not change these DHL charges.

4. Billing

DHL bills created shipments directly to the merchant. Multi-Carrier Versand does not collect payments and does not receive a share of these charges.

5. Setup

The merchant enters their own business customer login, EKP account number, and participation numbers for the DHL products covered by their contract.

6. Contract and further information

DHL provides information about requirements, individual rates, and online contract registration on its business customer website.
